The US budget deficit during the presidency of Joe Biden has hit the all-time high at $6.6 trillion, according to Sputnik calculations based on data from the US Treasury Department. The US government's expenses over three and a half years under Biden exceeded revenues by $6.6 trillion — the highest in the entire history of these statistics. Thus, in 2021, the indicator amounted to $2.8 trillion, or to 13% of GDP. The following year, the negative balance decreased to $1.4 trillion, or 6.3% of GDP, but last year it increased to $1.7 trillion, or 7.6% of GDP. Over the first six months of this year, it amounted to $758.2 billion, and the share of GDP on a rolling annual basis was 5.5%. His predecessor, Donald Trump, accumulated a total deficit of $5.6 trillion. At the same time, under Trump, there was a maximum annual negative budget balance of $3.1 trillion, or 15.5% of GDP, in the coronavirus-peak year of 2020... 32 pages! The Beach & Debt

On Gold at $2,500 an ounce, Armstrong says it’s not about inflation, it is about the fear of a US debt default. This is why central banks are buying. Armstrong says, “If there is a big war, the US will default on it’s debt...I am very concerned they will start WWIII before the end of the year and maybe by September.” More here

'...As the saying goes, history doesn’t always repeat, but it often rhymes. When we see these kinds of patterns emerge, one should sit up and take notice. This is especially true when it coincides with the fundamentals. As I already mentioned, the gold-silver ratio is historically wide at 87:1, meaning that it takes 87 ounces of silver to buy an ounce of gold. To put that into perspective, the average in the modern era has been between 40:1 and 60:1. In other words, from a historical perspective, silver is underpriced. Historically, the ratio has always returned to the mean. And it has done so with a vengeance, overshooting that means. The ratio fell to 30:1 in 2011 and below 20:1 in 1979. On the supply side, we’ve seen silver market deficits for the past three years, and Metals Focus projects demand to outstrip production again this year. When you put the technical factors together with the fundamentals, there appears to be an extremely strong bullish case for silver with significant upside.'

'...collapse is a process, not an event. These things happen slowly, and then all at once. If you went back in time ten years ago and warned people that in 2024 the US would be in the middle of a stagflationary crisis with a 30%-50% average price increase on all necessities, they would probably dismiss you as a doom-monger. Well, guess what, that’s exactly what a handful of alternative economists (myself included) were doing well over a decade ago, and we were dismissed over and over again – Welcome to our world.
The reason people refused to believe us is because the danger was not immediately obvious. The economic threat was not hitting them in their wallet yet. Stock markets seemed to be doing fine. The jobs market was still functioning somewhat normally. They could only view economic crisis through the lens of a total collapse. The idea that it would happen incrementally never crossed their minds.
Even today there are still people who argue that everything is fine. The stock market is “fine.” The labor market is “healthy.” If you suggest all is not well, you’re a “chicken little.” This is the incredible danger of having a Hollywood fantasy idea of collapse. We may never get to 100% systemic implosion; but even a 50% collapse is still a survival situation.
The same dynamic goes for WWIII. We must not overlook the dangers right in front of us simply because intercontinental ballistic nuclear missiles aren’t crisscrossing the sky.
Consider the proxy battleground case for a moment.
In August of 2023 I published an article titled ‘It’s A Trap! The Wave Of Repercussions As The Middle East Fights “The Last War.”’ In it I stated: “Israel is going to pound Gaza into gravel, there’s no doubt about that. A ground invasion will meet far more resistance than the Israelis seem to expect, but Israel controls the air and Gaza is a fixed target with limited territory. The problem for them is not the Palestinians, but the multiple war fronts that will open up if they do what I think they are about to do (attempted sanitization).
Lebanon, Iran and Syria will all immediately engage and Israel will not be able to fight them all – Hell, the Israelis got their asses handed to them by Lebanon alone in 2006. This will result in inevitable demands for US/EU intervention.”
I also warned on the potential motives behind escalation in the Middle East: “The timing of the conflict in Israel is incredibly beneficial to globalists, and this might explain Israel’s bizarre intel failure [October 7th]. Just as US and British leaders had prior knowledge of a potential Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941 but warned no one because they WANTED to compel Americans to fight in WWII, the Palestinian incursion serves a similar purpose.”
I my article ‘Iran vs Israel: What Happens Next Now That Shots Have Been Fired?’ published in April, I predicted: “A ground war between Iran and Israel is inevitable if the tit-for-tat continues, and much of it will be fought (at least in the beginning) in Lebanon and perhaps Syria. Iran has a mutual defense pact with both countries and Lebanon is generally a proxy for Iranian defense policy.
Iran will have active troops or proxy forces in all of these regions, not to mention the Houthis in Yemen striking ships in the Red Sea. There are questions in terms of how Iraq will respond to this situation, but there’s not a lot of love between the current government and Israel or the US.”
Not surprisingly there was a contingent of people that argued these things would “never happen” and talk of war between Iran and Israel was “doom mongering.” Those people were wrong (yet again), and I was right. Iran and Israel have now essentially declared war on each other and are exchanging missile barrages as I write this. The ground war will begin in Lebanon and expand from there.
Just as in Ukraine, the looming danger is that war between Israel and Iran will draw in larger military powers like the US and Russia.
People dismiss this outcome because their modern conception of global war needs to change; this world war will not be fought exactly like those in the past.
This time the weapons of mass destruction will be financial and resource driven instead of nuclear. If Iran moves to blockade the Strait of Hormuz (which I believe is imminent), Americans can be harmed financially through energy shortages and gas price spikes even without our soldiers deployed to fight.
There’s also the question of our wide open borders and how many potential terrorists slipped into the US during the Biden Administration’s illegal immigration bonanza. How many attacks (or false flag attacks) are being organized right now?
The regional conflicts could spread and go on for a decade or longer. It all adds up to a world war, but it may never be officially declared a world war. Perhaps there will be a limited nuclear event somewhere; maybe a false flag or a limited strike. But a nuclear war is not necessary to create the kind of chaos the globalists are looking for.
People also need to understand that the powers-that-be also have a lot to risk should a war devolve into nuclear exchange. If it was really that easy for them to launch warheads, wipe out the majority of the human population and then establish a global dynasty, they would have done it a long time ago.
Global war on such a scale is inherently unpredictable. The elites have spent trillions of dollars and the better part of the last century constructing the most complex surveillance and control grid in history. It would be foolish to turn it all to ash in the blink of an eye and I highly doubt that’s the plan. They would be putting themselves and their legacy at risk of being erased forever.
Does this mean I will be ignoring the potential for a nuclear event? No. I will always keep it in mind and have preps ready just in case. A single nuke set off anywhere west of your home could result in radioactive fallout that would take around three to four weeks to dissipate. That said, the danger of these sceanrios might be overstated.
Here’s an interesting fact to ponder: The US government has tested at least 1050 explosive nuclear devices over the decades. Around 216 of those were atmospheric tests that resulted in massive fallout across the country. Some people in close proximity got sick over many years from these tests, but they didn’t result in an overnight mass death event. Perhaps, at a moderate distance, these weapons are not as dangerous as we’re led to believe?
The greater effect of nuclear weapons comes not just from the resulting damage to national infrastructure, but also mass psychological disruption. The economic system would take an immediate dive from even one strike, and it could be anywhere in the world. A single nuke in Ukraine would send shockwaves through already unstable markets. The supply chain and food supply could be quickly disrupted.
If the globalists wanted to accelerate a worldwide collapse, they wouldn’t need a nuclear war, just one well placed device.
The biggest danger from WWIII is not nuclear exchange, but the disturbing changes societies go through when conflict inspires mass fear. Totalitarianism is much easier to institute during such a war. Freedom of speech is often suppressed and criticism of the government is often criminalized. People who rebel against this are accused of “working with the enemy.” Military conscription is usually enforced and young people are sent off to die overseas over a conflagration that makes little sense.
The economy nose dives and the supply chain tightens. Price controls and rationing are initiated. Black markets flourish but those who participate are aggressively targeted by the government. In the case of the US, armed revolution in many states is a certainty. Public planning should focus far more on these eventualities and less on Hollywood images of Apocalypse.' -Brandon Smith here

A man filming from his window captured the moment when Israeli forces who had injured a child with a sniper drone launched an airstrike on the site after people ran to his rescue. Imagine being scared to run to the rescue of an injured child because you could be killed for it. That's the kind of nightmare Palestinians are facing in Gaza. One where a child injured by a flying robot could be being used as bait to draw rescuers to the scene in order to bomb them. One where people have to watch their family members burn alive right in front of them. One where they have to listen to their disabled loved one get ripped apart by dogs in the next room while they're held at gunpoint by Israeli soldiers. One where they have to watch everything they've ever known incinerated all around them while the world watches and yawns. Fuck you if you're going along with this. Fuck you if you're ignoring this. Fuck you if you're trying to stop other people from opposing this.

On the eve of the National Day of Students and also the National Day of Fighting Global Arrogance, Imam Khamenei met with a group of students of all ages including university students from across the country in in the Imam Khomeini Hussainiyah on November 2, 2024.
In this meeting, Imam Khamenei elucidated the fundamental grounds for the Iranian nation’s battle against the oppression and excessive demands of the United States, spanning over 70 years.
In his address, Imam Khamenei emphasized that the Islamic, national, rational, wise, and humane resistance displayed by the Iranian nation against US Arrogance, in line with international laws, will continue with a correct roadmap and without negligence or delay. On this victorious path, any hostile actions taken against the Iranian nation by the Zionist regime and the United States will be met with a crushing response.
The Leader pointed out the continuous and unwavering efforts of the Iranian nation and officials in confronting Global Arrogance. "The general movement of the nation and officials against Global Arrogance and the criminal system governing the current world order is a logical one, in line with religion, ethics, Islamic and international laws," he stated.
Imam Khamenei described the Iranian nation's fight against Global Arrogance as a permanent endeavor. "Designating a day as the National Day of Fighting Against Global Arrogance is, in fact, to ensure that this historic battle will not be forgotten. This is especially significant given the attempts by certain people to sow doubt in the nation's courageous and conscious efforts to stand up and fight against the US and its proxies in the region, and subsequently to deny this opposition," he highlighted.
Addressing efforts by certain individuals to question the authenticity of the seizure of the US embassy in Tehran, known as Spy Den, the Leader affirmed that the US embassy in Tehran, as evidenced by the seized documents, functioned as a command center for instigating counter-Revolutionaries, remnants of the Shah's SAVAK, sowing discord, inciting ethnic conflicts, plotting a coup, threatening the life of Imam Khomeini (ra), and undermining the Revolution. "This reality remains unchanged, even if some of those involved in the incident have developed doubts," he said.
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution further pointed out the revelatory nature of the documents discovered in the US Spy Den, urging the youth to carefully examine them.
He described the seizure of the US Spy Den as a turning point, a historic and unforgettable event, due to the revelation of the true nature of the American embassy. "It was for this reason that Imam Khomeini, with his all-pervading insight, approved of the students' action," he added.
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution criticized individuals who seek to portray the actions of the Iranian people against imperialism as irrational, adding, "We do not accuse these individuals of treachery. However, when they misrepresent this just, rational movement which aligns with international logic, as illogical, they demonstrate at the very least that they are shortsighted and lacking in foresight."
He asserted that the Iranian people's cherished status in the global public opinion, despite the extensive efforts of the hegemonic system’s media system, is a testament to the effectiveness of the Islamic Republic's successful and rational resistance. "The fact that people in various countries took to the streets in celebration after Operation True Promise indicates that the Iranian nation’s movement is not only in accordance with international logic but also with Islamic and Quranic logic."
In the continuation of his remarks, Imam Khamenei underscored that the actions of the enemy will not go unanswered by those who are working to fight them on behalf of the Iranian nation, and that such actions will not be forgotten. He asserted that both the Zionist regime and the United States will undoubtedly receive a crushing response for their actions against the Iranian nation and the Resistance Front.
During the meeting, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution also addressed the issue of why the Iranian nation is fighting against Global Arrogance. "Without a doubt, this battle is the result of the oppressive and despicable domination of the US government over Iran and our beloved nation," he stated.
Referring to certain misguided historians who attribute the beginning of Iran's opposition with America to the seizure of the US Spy Den, the Leader stated, "That is a lie. This opposition has existed since at least August 19, 1953, because it was on that date that the Americans betrayed the trust of [Prime Minister] Mosaddegh’s national and popular government, overthrowing it in a bloody coup before reinstating the oppressive Pahlavi regime."
Imam Khamenei emphasized that the establishment of SAVAK, and its training of interrogators in brutal interrogation techniques, along with the presence of tens of thousands of American advisors involved in military and government interference, infiltration, and espionage as other anti-Iranian measures that were undertaken by the US. He highlighted that these actions were designed to humiliate the Iranian nation and assert dominance over Iran.
Referring to the Pahlavi regime’s support for the Zionist regime, Imam Khamenei stated, "The Pahlavi [regime], with the guidance of the US and the provision of oil and other forms of support, was strengthening the usurping regime in an unforgivable betrayal. This was occurring while most of the governments in the region had cut off ties with the Zionist regime."
"Unfortunately, some governments today are also turning a blind eye on the heinous crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza and Lebanon, providing economic and even military assistance to this bloodthirsty enemy," he added.
The Leader dismissed doubts raised by some individuals regarding the possibility of opposing a powerful, advanced, and dominant system such as the United States, while citing the Iranian nation’s successful experience over the past 46 years. "The Iranian nation has undoubtedly succeeded in this battle so far, as evidenced by its ability to weaken America’s power," he noted.
Elsewhere in his speech, Imam Khamenei offered a spiritual recommendation to the young generation of Iran, advising them to remember and praise God. He emphasized that the road ahead will be long and challenging, and encouraged the youth to strengthen their commitment to prayer, seeking intercession, and connecting with the Quran. He also emphasized the importance of expressing gratitude for the blessings that God has bestowed upon them, including the existence of a system that stands up against international criminal gangs. Imam Khamenei called on the youth to boost their determination, knowledge, and efforts in order to fulfill the heavy duties of traversing this honorable path.
